You must provide accurate phone number and personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per phone number is allowed.
Prices are set by individual vendors. Kwyto charges delivery fees and platform fees as applicable. Payments can be made via Kwyto Wallet or Cash on Delivery. Wallet refunds are processed automatically for cancelled orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Kwyto is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Orders can be cancelled before the vendor starts packing. Wallet payments are automatically refunded upon cancellation.
Vendors are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and food safety compliance. Kwyto acts as a marketplace platform.
Kwyto provides a platform connecting buyers, sellers, and delivery partners. We are not liable for product quality or disputes between users and vendors.
